Our Story

Schauble Realty is a culmination of 25 years of experience in real estate and a desire to provide an elevated level of service to both our clients and our agents. We have recognized that agents are the lifeblood of real estate, and the best thing we can do for our industry is to train and develop our agents to deliver exceptional customer service in order to create clients for life.

In 1997, Schauble Realty owner, Christine Schauble, made the decision to leave her full time job for USPS to pursue her passion for Real Estate. After finding success and joy in the industry, she decided to start The Schauble Team in 2001. Since then The Schauble Team has helped thousands of clients with all of their real estate needs, as well as trained and mentored some of the top agents in our industry today. The decision was made in 2022 to open a locally owned brokerage, Schauble Realty. The goal of opening the company was to provide agents with the training and tools they need to be the best in the business, and develop a life long career.
